Admission Requirements by Level
Early Childhood (Pre-K & Kindergarten)
Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Recent passport-sized photo
- Parent/guardian ID
Age Requirements: Pre-K: 3 years by September 1 | Kindergarten: 5 years by September 1
Developmental readiness assessment may be conducted.
Elementary School (Grades 1-5)
Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Previous school records/transcripts
- Teacher recommendation (Grades 2-5)
- Recent passport-sized photo
Assessment: Grade-appropriate entrance evaluation in English and Mathematics.
Middle School (Grades 6-8)
Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Official transcripts from previous 2 years
- Two teacher recommendations (English & Math)
- Student essay (Grade 7-8)
- Recent passport-sized photo
Assessment: Entrance exam covering English, Mathematics, and Critical Thinking.
High School (Grades 9-12)
Required Documents:
- Completed application form
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records
- Official transcripts from previous school
- Two teacher recommendations
- Student personal statement
- Extracurricular activity resume
- Recent passport-sized photo
Assessment: Comprehensive entrance exam and interview with administration.
International Students
Additional Requirements:
- Valid passport copy
- Previous school records with certified English translation
- English proficiency assessment (if applicable)
- Guardianship documentation (if not living with parents)
I-20 issuance available for qualified international students requiring F-1 visa sponsorship.
Transfer Students
Additional Requirements:
- Official transcripts from all previous schools
- Course descriptions for credit evaluation
- Disciplinary record clearance
- Interview with academic counselor
Credit transfer evaluated on individual basis. Maximum transfer credits apply for high school.
